About 5 months ago a friend of mine was teaching on the redemption of God and she asked if I would share my testimony. It was recorded, and I felt like the Lord wanted me to post it on here. Even if just one person listens and feels the Love of the Lord, it would be worth sharing. It’s not about me, and what I have to say, but about what the Lord has done in my life and how he saved me. “I will give thanks to the Lord with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonderful deeds.” Psalm 91:1
If you think you are too far from God for him to love you, you are not. If you think you aren’t good enough-none of us are, but God is the one who is good and in his grace he will love you no matter what you’ve done. If you used to be a Christian, and have fallen away, speak only “Help me Jesus” and truly want it, and he will be there. It is not about us and what we have done, but it is about him and his abounding love and forgiveness and never ending grace that created a way for you to be in relationship with him, because he loves YOU so much he wants to spend forever with you.
If you do not know the Lord, believe in faith in him and pray:
“Lord, I need you. I am a sinner and I need you. I want you in my life. I want you to be the Lord of my life. I want to surrender my life to you and live for you and only you, the one true God. I believe Jesus is the son of God, and that he is also God. I believe Jesus, your only son, died for my sins and rose from the dead 3 days later conquering death. I ask forgiveness of my sins and wrongdoings, and I want to repent and turn away from them and live for you. In Jesus name, amen.”
